Main Responsibilities
- Support compensation and benefits functions including but not limited to payroll calculation, tax filing, MPF and benefits administration etc.;
- Handle recruitment and selection process;
- Maintain employee database and ensure all personnel records are updated and accurate;
- Help review and formulate company HR policies and procedures, and assist in HR system upgrade and enhancement;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance and Administration Department.
Requirement
- A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or in a related discipline;
- 3 years’ working experience in personnel;
- Knowledge of employment legislation;
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, eye for detail and sharp analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills in written English and Chinese. Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
Remuneration Package
Remuneration package commensurate with candidate’s qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, MPF and medical insurance
