Drama is a rehearsal for real life. The HKRep's educational mission to "Create a Better Life" is the guiding principle for our curriculum for youths and adults. Through these courses, we inspire students to discover their interests and plumb their potential, so that each person can create a unique and better life.
 
The HKRep Drama School provides a systematic and professional theatre arts curriculum, including courses in stage performance, playwriting, directing and stage movement, with a full range of offerings from foundation training to advanced levels. Specialised courses include "one-man-show" masterclasses, musical theatre, script and dramaturgy and stage management workshops.
 
Courses are taught not only by HKRep Drama School faculty, but also by guest lecturers among Hong Kong's theatre veterans. Our students have the opportunity to work closely with such professionals, thus gaining insight into the development of the local theatre scene.
